Once you have placed your order, we will send you an impression kit (if you have ordered fingerprint jewelley) & instructions. The kit is very easy to use and will only take a few minutes of your time. We then use the impression you have made to create your chosen piece of jewellery.

If you have ordered the Hand/Footprint jewellery you will need to send us a copy of your child's hand or footprint or purchase a hand a footprint kit

 

We aim to post out all kits by 4pm daily Mon/Friday.

as long as we receive your order by 12.30pm your kit will be posted the same day.

Each charm is made of 99.9% pure silver and each piece goes through at least 12 different stages before it is finished.

You will receive your finished item gift boxed unless it's a keyring or charm on its own in which case it will come in an organza gift bag. 

We can even gift wrap it for you if you require.
