Terms & Conditions
1. Because all our charms are made to order this makes them unique. Because of this we can only accept the return of faulty goods which will be repaired or replaced. You do however have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days from the date you placed it. Unfortunately we cannot accept cancellation after this date as production would have already started. If you wish to change anything about your order please contact us as soon as possible to see if this can be done. Please note that if a refund is offered this will be minus the on any materials used. Postage a packaging is none refundable.
2. We reserve the right to take photographs of items we have made and use said photographs on our website.
3. We always aim to put the inscription on the front of the charm if instructed to do so. However in sum cases this is not possible due to limited space. We reserve the right to place the inscription on the reverse in this instance without prior notice.
4. All our charms are completely hand crafted. With this in mind please be aware each piece will have its own flaws. Please inspect all jump rings and fittings and inform us straight away if there are any problems.
5. Our fingerprint casting material is completely reusable. Please examine the imprint and only return it to us when you are completely happy with the imprint. Please bear in mind the detail & shape of your finished charm will be the same as the imprint you send us. If you have tried a number of times to get a good print without success. Please contact us to see if we can help.
6. Casts are only kept if requested by the customer and can only be used to produce new items of jewellery soley by SILVER IMPRINTS LTD please note your cast will only be kept for a period of 12 months at which time it will be destroyed unless another order is placed.
7. It takes approximately 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your casts back to make your chosen charm/s. Please note completion time will be longer during busier times. If hallmarking has been requested this will add a further 7-10 working days.
